In 2017, Kate Winnell help create/champion the organization One Voice, One Vision.
That group would later be restructured into Community Recovery Alliance (CRA). The goals at the time for CRA was to become a Recovery Community Organization, focusing on working with people impacted by substance use concerns, and those who have been incarcerated as a result.
