DESCRIPTION:Join us for this International Overdose Awareness Day. This day is the world’s largest annual campaign to end overdoes\, remember without stigma those who have died\, and acknowledge the grief of the family and friends left behind.\nThis special event will include music\, light refreshments\, and a butterfly release.\nFree to attend. RSVP to guarantee a butterfly to release. For $15\, you can reserve a special Monarch Butterfly to release.\nUse the qr code on the flyer or this link – RSVP\nWear purple as a commitment to support recovery.\nJohnny Luv will be providing the music for the event. Speakers include Tory Werth\, CRA Board President\, and Lisa Clavier\, of Kiersten’s Ride\, and more to be announced.\nSponsored by the Community Recovery Alliance. Funds raised with your donation help CRA’s mission to serve anyone seeking recovery from substance use concerns\, with or without mental health complications\, by creating safe and healthy recovery friendly communities in lower Northern Michigan.\nOther organizations will be joining us as well to share information and resources.
